Lab AR-1 Setting Up a Customer Profile Class

Objective: To set up a new Customer Profile Class

Instructions:
• In this lab you will create a customer profile class.

1. Responsibility: Receivables, Vision Operations (USA)

2. Navigation: Customers
Profile Classes
3. You will create a new customer profile class
a. Create a new profile class with the following values:

Name NN-New
Description NN New Profile Class

4. Next, you will enter the associated profile class details.

a. Navigate to Profile Class Tab.
b. Enter the following information:

Payment Terms 30 Net

Collector Tamara
Tax Printing Itemize and Sum
th
Statement Cycle Monthly (25 of Every Month)
Match Receipts By Transaction Number
Auto Cash Rule Set Standard
Remainder Rule Set Standard
All Other Fields Leave as Defaults

5. Next, you will enter the associated profile class amount details.
a. Navigate to Profile Class Amounts Tab.
b. Enter the following information:

Currency USD
Min Receipt Amount 10.00
Min Statement Amount 50.00
Credit Limit 150,000.00
Order Credit Limit 15,000.00

6. Save Record.
