    Social Affairs

    MALTA

    Dear Colleague

    In my capacity as Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee of the House of


    Representatives of Malta, I have the honour to invite you to attend the Meeting of
    the Chairpersons of the Committees on Social Affairs in the framework of the
    parliamentary dimension of the Maltese Presidency of the Council of the European
    Union.

    The meeting will take place on 24 March 2017 and will be preceded by a welcome
    dinner on 23 March.

    Please find attached the draft programme of the meeting, general information, as
    well as registration form for the hotels. Since Malta is a small island and
    accommodation is limited during peak season, we kindly urge you to make your
    bookings with the conference hotels at your earliest in order to ensure room
    availability.
