less charges and other expenses. The
foregoing approval is subject to your
compliance with the loan requirements of
PSSLAI and your acceptance of PSSLAI’s
loan terms and conditions. Please note
that PSSLAI reserves the option to grant
you a lesser loan amount as indicated
above should you fail to comply with our
requirements You may claim the
proceeds of your loan at ML (the
“releasing bank”). Kindly submit a copy of
this letter to the processing teller of the
releasing bank upon receipt of the loan
proceeds.
