Artists Presentation
You will choose an artist of your choice from the list provided on the
site. Check in with me before working on your presentation.

NOTE: You may also choose an artist of your choice not from the list,
but please confirm the artist with me first.

Instructions:
Research on the artist & create a PowerPoint Presentation or
Prezi on your chosen artist. Please provide images on each slide
as you will be presenting them once complete. Minimum of 7-13
Slides

Outline Presentation:
-Slide 1: Date of Birth, & Place of Birth

-Slide 2: Some interesting facts on the artist

-Slide 3: Examine what their style is. Indicate their

style/movement & provide images of their artworks.
-Slide 4: Find some of their artworks that interest you & identify
the Elements of Art & Principles of Design for each of the
artworks you have chosen. List them next to each artwork.

-Slide 5: Is the artist successful in employing Elements of Art &

Principles of Design into their works? Elaborate on what their art
makes you feel. Do you feel a certain way when observing their
artwork?

-Slide 6: After learning about your artist, what is one interesting

fact that fascinated you? Explain.

-Slide 7: Choose one artwork that appealed to you the most and
state why that artwork is your favorite. (That will be the artwork
you will recreate for the next step of the Unit Plan)
