GOLES. herein i referred to as PPA and KHAN KON CHI CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, with business and office address at KM. 10.§ PUROK 30, BARANGAY CABANTI-AN, BUHANGIN, DAVAO CITY represented herein by its Proprietor, ENGR. ARSENIO B. GROSPE, hereinafter referred to as CONTRACTOR. WHEREAS, PPA is desirous that the Contractor execute the “Repair of Port Roads, Pavement, and Slope Protection at Port of San Jose, Antique” and the PPA has accepted the Bid for Fourteen Million Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Three Pesos and 87/100 (P'14,558,443.87) by the Contractor for the execution and completion of such Works and the remedying of any defects therein. . In consideration of the payments to be made by the PPA to the KHAN KON CHI CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION hereinafter mentioned, the Contractor hereby covenants with the PPA to execute and complete the Works and remedy any defects therein in conformity with the provisions of this Contract in all respects. 4, The PPA hereby covenants to pay the Contractor in consideration of the ‘execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of defects wherein, the Contract Price or such other sum as may become payable under the provisions of this Contract at the times and in the manner prescribed by this Contract.
