Safety Health Environment (SHE) Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION
 Ensure the company operation is performed within SHE best practices through risk assessment
(HIRADC, JSA, Fire), inspection, and internal audit.
 Promoting SHE Program (campaign, Awareness )
 Understand and experience in Health, Safety and Environmental regulations/ laws identification
 Conducting incident, accident, and near miss investigation.
 Monitoring of subcontractor for safety compliance
 Conducting SHE training for new employees, vendor, and staff.
 Responsible for SHE implementation report working hours, Accident record and Statistic,
document record
 Have knowledge about ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and SMK3 is
preferable

REQUIREMENTS

 Max 30 years old

 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Civil) Engineering
(Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or
equivalent
 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates
are welcome to apply
 Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta
 Driving license is a must (SIM A and SIM C).
 Having K3 certification is preferable
 Able to act as a team player, self-motivated, and have high initiative.
 Understand in English and can communicate passively or actively
