Requirements: Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) in Risk Management/
Governance/Compliance or related fields as recognized by SAQA. Computer literacy and a valid driver's licence are
essential.
Added advantage: 3 years management experience in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance and/ or
Business Continuity Management. Post graduate degree or diploma in Risk Management, Governance and
Compliance.
Knowledge and Skills: In depth knowledge of the legislation, Risk Management Standards, policies and practices.
Proven presentation skills, planning and organizing skills, ability to meet deadlines, strong interpersonal, written and
verbal communication skills, report writing skills.
Key Performance Areas: Identify and evaluate risk areas and develop response strategies. Determine techniques
and measures to minimize the impact of potential risks. Develop and maintain risk registers and conduct workshops
to create & enhance risk management awareness. Assess and identify risk control measures to be utilized in the
mitigation of risks and to determine their adequacy and relevance. Facilitate the implementation of risk management
Framework, Strategy and policy. Monitor and report on all aspects relating to risk management.

Handyman
Remuneration Package: R 147 036– R 170 598 p.a. exclusive of benefits

Duration: Permanent
Requirements: Candidates should hold a Matric certificate (NQF Level 4) as recognized by SAQA.
Added advantage: Computer literacy and a valid driver's licence will be an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills: Functional / professional knowledge (Handling of tools), Planning & organizing, Innovation /
Creativity, Time Management, Numerical / Literacy and routine Tasks.
Key Performance Areas: The incumbent will conduct regular inspections throughout the building to ensure that
fixtures, surfaces, equipment, machinery are in order and ensure all fire extinguishers hose reels, detectors and
access control equipment. Electrical fixtures Matters related to water and plumbing building maintenance. Identify
machinery and equipment hazards in the workplace and conduct minor repairs. Eliminate or reduce the risk of those
hazards causing harm. Testing repair or adjustment of machinery for example power generators. Repair renovate
and improvement related tasks in respect of buildings (interior/ exterior) including but not limited to movement of
furniture and related duties Installation of furniture repair doors, locks, handles replace carpets tiles, broken cracked
tiles, Cleaning of parking area Conduct smaller electrical maintenance tasks including but not limited to change of
light bulbs change and repair light fixtures minor repairs on all air conditioning related equipment carry out minor
repairs and service on all plumbing equipment and water related matter such as Water leakages fixing of valves,
washers, taps Toilets and accessories general maintenance work. Ensure minor repairs are concluded ensure
equipment and machinery are in a good working condition.
