ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
To my mother Pearl P. Bahi who has gone to be with the Lord, I am grateful for
the years we were granted together, to God be the glory.
DEDICATION
This book is dedicated to the glory of God for this nation Botswana. It is a lifetime
of obedience, faith, submission and trust that has led to this revelation which I
first wrote in the year 2014. It began as work that was to be done in this nation
but it has spilled over to the entire continent of Africa.
If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good of the land.
Isaiah 1;19

CHAPTER ONE
INTRODUCTION TO THE LORD GOD -
JEHOVAH
‘I set My Rainbow in the clouds, and it shall be for the Sign of the Covenant between
Me and the earth. ‘It shall be that when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow
shall be seen in the cloud, ‘and I will remember My covenant which is between me and
you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to
destroy all flesh. The Rainbow shall be in the cloud and I will look on it to remember the
everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the
earth.’ And God said to Noah, ‘This is the Sign of the covenant which I have established
between Me and all flesh that is on the earth.’
GENESIS 9: 13-16

has seven compound names which reveal Him as meeting every need of man
from his last state to the end.
COLOUR MEANING
1. RED – Righteousness; Blood of JESUS (Jer. 23:6 In his
JEHOVAH-TSIDKENU days Judah shall be saved, Israel shall dwell safely.
And this is the name by which He shall be called,
JEHOVAH, OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.) This name of
Jehovah occurs in a prophecy concerning the future
restoration and conversion of Israel. Then Israel will
hail him as Jehovah-Tsidkenu – ‘the Lord our
righteousness’
2. ORANGE – Praise; Harvest; Warfare ‘the Lord our banner’
JEHOVAH-NISSI (Exodus 17: 8-15, Exodus 17:15 And Moses built an
altar, and called the name of it Jehovah My Banner.)
The name is interpreted by the context. Victory is
wholly due to divine help. Note that this exists
between righteousness and presence of God. It is not
a coincidence.
3. YELLOW - JEHOVAH- Presence; Council of GOD ‘the Lord is present’
SHAMMAH (Ezekiel 48:35 All around it shall be eighteen
thousand cubits. And the name of the city from that
day shall be called JEHOVAH IS THERE.) This name
signifies Jehovah’s abiding presence with His people.
4. GREEN - JEHOVAH- Peace; Life; Mercy ‘the Lord our peace’ or ‘the Lord
SHALOM send peace’ (Judges 6:24) Then Gideon built an altar
there to Jehovah and called it JEHOVAH SHALOM.
The meaning of Shalom implies an end to hostility
and unity. Peace in view of Salvation has
6
connotations; Deliverance, Preservation, Soundness,
Prosperity, Happiness, Rescue, general well-being.
5. BLUE - JEHOVAH- Healing (Exodus 15:26) ‘the lord that healeth’ And he
RAPHA said, if you will listen carefully to the voice of Jehovah
your God, and will do that which is right in His sight,
and will give ear to his commandments, and keep His
laws, I will put none of these diseases upon you,
which I have brought upon the Egyptians; for I am
Jehovah who heals you.) That this refers to physical
healing of the soul malady is implied.
6. INDIGO - JEHOVAH- Shepherd (Psalm 23:1, Psalm 22) the Lord is my
RA-AH Shepherd; I shall not want.) In Psalm 22, Jehovah
makes peace by the blood of the cross; in Psalm 23,
Jehovah is Shepherding his own who are in the
world.
7. VIOLET - JEHOVAH- Wealth, Provision (Genesis 22:13, 14) ‘the Lord will
JIREH provide’ Abraham lifted his eyes, and looked, and
behold, behind him a ram caught in the thicket by his
horns. And Abraham went and took the ram, and
offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his
son. 14. And Abraham called the name of the place
Jehovah-Jireh. And it is said to this day, In the
mountain of Jehovah it shall be provided) i.e., will
provide for a sacrifice.

CHAPTER TWO
THE PULA COVENANT–THE STORY OF
NOAH
COVENANT
A covenant is a compact, pledge, treaty, or agreement, made between
individuals, a king and his people. E.g. Tax payment, or by God and his people.
This is written to give a detailed account of the revelation of how, what and when
this covenant is and what it means for the people of Botswana. How: will answer
the question of how it came to be. What: what is it exactly and When: when will it
come into effect exactly. In the bible, the first covenant that we see is between
God and Abraham as described in the book of Genesis 17:1-27.
DOMINION
This is defined simply as the right to rule or Dominance/Power through legal
authority.
8
Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that the
intents of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the Lord was sorry
that He had made men on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.
The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. So God
looked upon the earth and it was indeed corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way
on the earth. But Noah found grace (unmerited favour) in the eyes of the Lord.
GENESIS 6:5-2
THE ARK:
The emphasis I want to draw your attention to is the details of the structure of the
ark or its plan;
Make yourself an ark of Gopherwood, make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and
outside with pitch. make a Window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from
above and set the door of the ark on the side. You shall make it with Lower deck,
Second deck and Third decks. I will establish my covenant with you and you shall go into
the ark. Thus, Noah did according to all that the Lord had commanded him, so he did.
GENESIS 6: 14-18, 22
INTERPRETATION
This is basically a 3 floored building with a door on the side and a rooftop or a
balcony with a window. In Gaborone, the capital city of Botswana, there is the
Diamond Trading Company on the airport road where diamond sorting takes
place. The diamond has been the highest contributing commodity to the
Botswana economy since independence. The DTC building is made up of 3
offices that used to operate in;
1. Kgale Mews (Rental)
2. Airport Road
3. At the Main Mall
9
This design is similar to the Noah’s Ark as per the instructions given to Noah
when he had to build the ark, the ark and the DTC building both have three
floors/decks as I have just explained.
ARARAT: The word means; The Curse is reversed, a Precipitation of the Curse.
Precipitation also means Rain, Snow, Sleet, Hail.
Interpretation;
10
The gateway road from the United Nations by the Bank of Botswana traffic lights
towards the state house in Gaborone, the main road from the Botswana
parliament and office of the president is called Kgalagadi Way/Street. This to
me aligns with the instruction that Moses gave to the children of Israel when he
gave them the greatest commandment;
‘Hear O’ Israel: The Lord is one! You shall Love the Lord your God with all your heart,
with all your soul, and with all your strength.’
DEUTERONOMY 6; 4, 5
And
You shall write them on the doorposts (these laws) of your house and on your gates.
DEUTERONOMY 6; 9,
I believe the reason this road or street was named thus is due to the reason that
it’s a reminder that God would one day when His appointed time comes then He
will heal the Kgalagadi desert which he made me to understand that its name
means that it’s been dry for a very, very long time; as I believe He promised
our forefathers in his covenant with them.
‘This is the day when the curse shall be lifted, and the desert shall blossom as a rose.’
ZECHARIAH 8; 26
IN THIS AREA WE SEE HIM REVEAL HIMSELF AS JEHOVAH RAPHA AND JEHOVAH JIREH.
11
THE GOLD IN THE GOLDEN JUBILEE-VISION
And I saw the Lord God also spit from his mouth Gold and placed it at the
Kgalagadi. This corresponds with the fact that the number 50 is a number of the
golden anniversary thus the Lord gave this nation the gift of Gold to mark or
celebrate those many years of marriage/covenant. Since Gold or something
made of it is usually the gift one is given on their 50th anniversary according to
the list of the British anniversary gift order.
The Lord made me to understand that this means the curse-the barrenness of
the land will be lifted from the Kgalagadi desert; the desert that we know will no
longer be a desert but will blossom and grow vegetation due to rain, snow, sleet
or hail as the curse is uplifted from the land as according to the resting place of
the Ark at the end of the flood. This is one of the signs that affirms the fulfilment
of the covenant as rain is a sign of a blessing.
Interpretation
This speaks of the Death Penalty in our constitution that deals with the killing of
a man who is found guilty of committing murder.
At the end of the flood we also see a Rainbow which is a symbol of a covenant
which God made with Noah, thus we can also conclude that BOTSWANA IS
12
THE RAINBOW NATION by being in covenant with God through the Flood of
Noah story. And also being a multi-racial nation as well depicted by the national
flag in the colours Black and White. Which symbolise racial harmony according to
its interpretation.” The rainbow also speaks of the names of God Jehovah as
depicted in chapter one where each colour represents his character in relation to
humanity.
13
CHAPTER THREE
THE NATIONAL VISION 2016
This was an undoubtedly noble idea for which Masire must be commended for.
The task force did a splendid job coming up with seven pillars to guide the
country’s long-term vision.
The pillars comprised;
1. An educated and informed nation,
2. A prosperous, productive and innovative nation,
3. A compassionate, just and caring nation,
4. A safe and secure nation,
5. An open democratic and accountable nation,
6. A moral and tolerant nation,
7. As well as a united and proud nation.
The pillars were clearly defined, and key result areas identified. In identifying the
seven pillars the task force adopted the firm view that Botswana is operating
within a rapidly changing world economy and social order.
14
At the time of conceptualizing the vision it was realized that Botswana had grown
significantly thanks to the good fortune of being a mineral rich country that had
grown from a poor and low-income to a middle-income country. The momentum
had to be maintained, full throttle so to speak.
INTERPRETATION
There are seven pillars for Vision 2016, the significance of the number seven
scripturally;
Seven is the number of COMPLETENESS and PERFECTION (both spiritual and
physical). It derives its meaning from being tied directly to God’s creation of all
things, it speaks of REST in the scripture. In Genesis where the Lord rested after
creating the world and it is also a day when the people of God will rest in
Botswana and God will perfect those things which concern this nation-because of
His covenant. He will work in us both to will and to do according to these pillars
and ensure that our societies are safe and secure as I saw in a vision where
homes were built with no fences or walls around them signifying safety and
security in the neighbourhoods.
15
VISION 2016 BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE
Where there is no prophetic VISION the people cast off restraint, but blessed is he who
keeps the law.
PROVERS 29: 18
The word puts great emphasis on having a vision as a form of radar for the
direction or as a roadmap for a nation or to guide a people on when and where to
go for the sake of the future.
16: the number symbolises Love Biblically according to;
‘Love SUFFERS LONG; And is KIND; Love DOES NOT ENVY; Love DOES NOT PARADE
ITSELF; Is NOT PUFFED UP; DOES NOT BEHAVE RUDELY; DOES NOT SEEK ITS OWN; IS
NOT PROVOKED; THINKS NO EVIL; DOES NOT REJOICE IN INIQUITY; BUT REJOICES IN THE
TRUTH; BEARS ALL THINGS, BELIEVES ALL THINGS, HOPES ALL THINGS, ENDURES ALL
THINGS, LOVE NEVER FAILS.’
1 CORINTHIANS 13:4-8
In my interpretation, the covenant that God has with the nation of Botswana is
based on Love and its qualities are seen here in these verses of the bible. These
serve as a guideline for that relationship. They can be relied upon to direct the
relationship and each of the spouses (the nation and God) can be counted upon
to act according to these qualities to guide the relationship. Ultimately, the last
verse is the climax of the relationship; ‘Love never fails’ (1 CORINTHIANS 13:
8). This verse can be counted upon as a symbol of an eternal relationship
between the two; God being the husband of the nation.
16
THE MARRIAGE MODEL AS DEPICTED BY SERETSE AND RUTH
KHAMA
‘But Ruth said: Entreat me not to leave you, or to turn back from following after you; For
wherever you go I will go; And wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be
my people, And your God, my God. Where you die, I will die, and there will I be buried.
The Lord do so to me, and more also if anything but death parts you and me.’’ When she
saw that she was determined to go with her, she stopped speaking to her.’
RUTH 1: 16-18(NKJV)
The first president of Botswana was his Excellency Sir Seretse Khama.
He was also a tribal leader/kgosi of the Bamangwato/Bangwato tribe.
His Excellency president Sir Seretse Khama was married to Lady Ruth Khama.
17
The word/name SERETSE is a Setswana word which translates to is Clay/Mud in
the English language. ‘Seretse’, Clay/mud is the result or comes after the rain-
pula or is found where there is a water source. The character Ruth in the bible
she is an epitome of commitment to a relationship.
INTERPRETATION
‘Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the
seventh month; On the Day of Atonement you shall make the TRUMPET to
sound throughout all your land.’
LEVITICUS 25: 9
18
especially prophetically. According to the vision 2016, BOTSWANA IS IN
COVENANT WITH GOD, THE CREATOR, THE GOD OF ISRAEL, and THE
GOD OF ABRAHAM, ISAAC AND JACOB.
19
CHAPTER FOUR
THE CULTURE, TRADITIONS AND
HERITAGE OF BATSWANA
The noun ‘Pula’ means rain. According to the Prophet’s Dictionary by Paula A.
Price, Pg. 630 Rain—Symbolic of heavenly downpours. Rain can signify
blessings to ease drought and cause the growth of the earth’s produce, or
judgment where its severity causes destruction. And it is also the currency of
the nation. Also, the motto of the nation which is also a decree that symbolises a
blessing is ‘Pula’. The word is used to express a blessing and it has a rich and
significant meaning to us the people of Botswana. Dikgosi or the tribal leaders as
well as the politicians utter the words to bless the people as well as the nation in
many forums and in everyday living. For example, if it rains it symbolises that
something is blessed such as rain during a wedding or when an event takes
place, and, in that day, it rains, its believed to be a blessing.
It is also vital to point out that we are called Botswana as a nation and that
basically speaks to the language that we speak collectively. And since we are a
people of Rain/’Pula, re Batho ba Pula’. Simply put; Foreigners in Setswana are
Ba- ‘tswa- ‘kwa’ meaning that they are from somewhere else, or far away,
but Rona as a people, a nation, we are Ba-tswa- ‘na,’ ‘Na’ the phrase ‘NA’
means to rain as used in the statement - ‘Pula ea ‘Na,’’ meaning it’s Raining.
Thus, the Noah covenant that was made from the Flood, a flood which is
basically excessive rainfall that was used to destroy the world, ours is used to
bless us and it’s a symbol of a blessing.
20
BATSWANA ARE PEOPLE OF RAIN – ‘RE BATHO BA PULA’.
‘Above all, taking the shield of faith with which, you will be able to quench all the fiery
darts of the wicked one.’
EPHESIANS 6: 16
This speaks of the Shield of faith as the most important article or piece of the
whole armour. It assures the believer that Faith is the most vital or necessary;
‘But without Faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe
that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.’
HEBREWS 11: 6
21
president Festus Mogae devalued it, it still maintained its position above its
African competitors thus, even if it falls below its place by God’s default
standards, other currencies will have to ‘bow down’ to its dominion in order to
fulfil the covenant that we have with Him. It’s God’s responsibility to ensure that
the Pula currency stays above other currencies in the African continent as part of
His covenant with us; we are also liable to some responsibilities which will ensure
that we continue to enjoy the benefits and favours of this covenant. Like every
marriage both parties have roles to play to make a home or the marriage work.
BLUE – Healing… JEHOVAH RAPHA ‘the lord that healeth’ (Exodus 15:26)
according to the rainbow colours and their interpretation as stated above, it
speaks of healing.
22
‘And above the firmament that over their heads was like a throne, in appearance like
sapphire stone; on the likeness of the throne was a likeness with the appearance of a
man high above it.’
EZEKIEL 1; 26
Sapphire-Blue
Scripturally speaks of the Eternal presence of God. E.g. the clear sky is blue.
This is the day when the curse will shall be lifted, and the desert shall blossom as the
rose.
ZECHARIAH 8: 23
A Rose; it’s red in colour, the colour of Love, a symbol of Love globally.
A rose is the flower of love, it’s given to show love and beauty. As already stated
in the previous chapter in the prophetic utterances.
The national anthem is a patriotic hymn or other song adopted by a nation for
use on public or state occasions.
Anthem: a song of devotion or loyalty.
Our national anthem acknowledges that this is a gift from God.
23
In English
Blessed be this noble land,
Gift to us from God’s strong hand,
Heritage our fathers left to us,
May it always be at peace.
Moses and his sister Miriam after they were delivered with the nation of Israel
from the hand of pharaoh Ramses’, when they had crossed the Red sea, they
sang a song of victory to the Lord as a celebration of this great deliverance. This
is found in Exodus 15; 1-21.
TOTEMS
Every tribal group - ‘Morafe’ has its own animal that it is identified by. Every tribal
leader- ‘Kgosi’ has an animal by which he/she is identified by. It’s a symbol of
tribal identity. Every tribal leader-Kgosi has a story of how they came to be
identified by an animal, the stories vary according to each ‘Kgosi.’ Animals were
a big part of Noah’s assignment to preserve them and bring them on board when
the flood started. They were to be preserved and they were to continue to be part
of the world after the flood was over. Animals make a big part of our tourism’s
profile, such as the big five among others.
BIBLICAL INTERPRETATION
We see Jacob calls his sons who became the twelve tribes of Israel according to
different animals to show their character, thus it’s a biblical principle to have
totems or animals that come to symbolise people or tribes. This is found in
Genesis 49; 1-28. E.G. Judah was referred to as a Lion and Issachar as a
donkey by Jacob as he was pronouncing a blessing upon his children.
24
CULTURE- ‘NGWAO’-CULTURAL HERITAGE
Our culture is our heritage, the same way we acknowledge that this nation is our
heritage from our forefathers, we must uphold our culture, cherish it and
celebrate it. It’s what distinguishes us from each other as tribes, as a nation. The
distinctive features or elements are to be cherished and appreciated and treated
with pride. Though it is dynamic, there are elements that we should not abandon
just for the sake of being modern. The simple traditions such as; Patlo, Lenyalo,
Botsetsi, etc. these are unique to us as a people, as a nation. Our tribal leaders
abandoned some of the practices that they found to be of pagan or witchcraft
relation to embrace Christianity and its practice. We should appreciate and
preserve our culture.
25
PROPHETIC UTTERANCES
VISIONS
While on my face, I saw in a vision on the 23/10/2012 banks, banks, banks,
skyscrapers with glass walls in areas such as Molepolole, and I saw great, great
wealth.
PROPHETIC UTTERANCES
The Bible repeatedly refers to God according to the covenant he had with the
children of Israel through their forefather Abraham, and his children Isaac and
Jacob, this is seen in the way he identified himself to Moses when he called him
to lead Israel out of Egypt.
‘Moreover, God said to Moses, ‘Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord
God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has
sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial for all generations.”’
EXODUS 3: 15
26
CHAPTER 5
THE JOSEPHIC ANOINTING OF THE
GOVERNOR OF BOTSWANA
‘Be strong and of good courage, for to these people you shall divide as an inheritance
the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and of very
courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses my
servant commanded you, do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you
may be prosper wherever you may go. The Book of the law shall not depart from your
mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according
to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will
have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage, do not
be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.’
JOSHUA 1: 5-9
Throughout the entire process of my life I was made to understand that I had a
purpose and when it was finally revealed to me I was made to understand that I
am the Joseph of the Lord to the nation of Botswana as he would have it. The
Josephic anointing is the apostolic, as well as the Name Joshua, it is similar to
Jesus even by meaning. Both Joshua led the children of Israel to the Promised
Land - the land of Milk and Honey and they received their inheritance through
him. Jesus Christ led the people of God to salvation as well through their faith in
him.
27
Joseph the son of Jacob and Leah became the Prime Minister or Governor in
command to Pharaoh when he was released from prison as he went to interpret
Pharaoh’s dream about the drought that was about to hit the land of Egypt during
his time. He did this through the understanding, intelligence and wisdom that the
Lord had given him.
‘I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have
begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance and the
ends of the earth for your possession. You shall dash them with a rod if iron; You shall
dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel’’’
PSALM 2; 7-9
By the power of this Psalm and its meaning, the Dominion that this nation holds
makes it that every nation of the world that belongs to God, belongs to him
through this nation as it’s his land of Covenant, and as such, “the rod of iron”
here symbolises Authority that is residing in this nation. It is the place of His
Dominion, just like Israel in the days of the bible, Botswana is his nation, his own
special people that he has chosen for Himself and there are privileges that come
with such a Covenant that this nation has a right to as is revealed in this
Covenant.
28
nation, a position I am to hold for the rest of my days, as I am appointed by God
and not man-concerning the things that pertain to God and man as well as
keeping the realm protected, according to the democratic system that we have
always applied to the choose our leadership. And by virtue of this publication I
did consent to this responsibility and have been preparing for this all my life.
Reading the Books of Kings, I saw that this year there will be prosperity like the
days of King Solomon as I was reading the bible. And behold I looked and I saw
in a dream development in Infrastructure and Development. Flats and Stations of
operations were being built and began to operate.
I saw streets where there were no fences or walls, but the homes were built
connected each neighbours home to the other and there were along the road.
And I looked and behold, I saw a forest, lush and green with a sparrow in the
Kgalagadi desert which will be a change in the climatic condition. As already
stated above in the previous chapters, this was a reminder of the promise as well
as an encouragement of the will of the Lord for the nation in this year 2018.
(12/02/18)
29
THE ECONOMIC MELTDOWN
In the bible in the story of Noah, the flood is used to execute judgement on the
earth but the same effect in the case of Botswana, the flood is interpreted in that
there is going to be a collapse in the market which will signify the fall of some of
those economies that will be affected by the judgement and it signifies a transfer
of power and most of all the dominion or as the world terms it ‘Superpower.’ We
now await to see the manifestation of this fall in the market which is symbolic of
the impact that the flood of Noah had on the world. This is a transfer of power
and it is to change the power from the current world leading markets to bring it to
this economy and country which will see the dominion being taken over by the
Pula currency and all the commodities that are local that are the main financier of
this country’s economy.
30
5.7 THE PROMISE OF ETERNAL LIFE – ‘RED AND
WHITE’ UNIFORM/ATTIRE-DREAMS AND VISIONS
They women wore the clothes and they did not age, they remained the same age
despite the change in time. Just like it is in heaven where people according to
may visions and revelations where people are said to grow to full maturity and
remain the same without growing old and aging. They remained in the look of
their youth or prime and it continued so. But without the look they would age. The
men can wear red jackets and white shirts as well. In the 5th chapter of Genesis
where we meet individuals who lived long lives for as many years as a hundred.
Before the Lord decided that the average age would be reduced.
