Thank you for affording us the opportunity to quote for the designs for your roof house.
Please find below details of the scope and the fee structure.

1.0 SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of works to be done covers the following:

1.1 Calculations and designs for timber

1.2 member sizing

1.3 drawing of layouts

2.0 DESIGN FEES STRUCTURE

Layout Drawings and design $250.00
TOTAL $400.00

3.0 SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Supervision fees will be US$60 per visit including transport.

4.0 DRAWING PRINTS

Drawing prints will be charged to the Client’s account

5.0 PAYMENT TERMS.

Payment is on 60% deposit ($240), the remainder being paid upon submission of the
approved drawings
