Dear Sir/madam Greetings!

It gives me immense pleasure to tell you that our SAEINDIA collegiate club team has already
qualified the Virtual round of BAJA 2019 and now we are on the way to manufacture our own ATV.
This is the first time in the history of any Government Engineering Colleges in Rajasthan that any
team has qualified for final round. This year our team has beaten IIT Jodhpur, MNIT Jaipur, BITS
Pillani, MBM Engineering College Jodhpur and many more from Rajasthan and India.

The total expected budget of our All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) will be approx. 7 Lac- Rupees out of
which our team members and I as a Faculty Advisor of team contributed Approx. 1.10 Lac Rupees.
Being Government College we can’t force our students to pay beyond their willingness and also
our college do not have enough founds for such events.

Hence we request your esteemed organization to sponsor our vehicle fully or partially. Minimum
sponsorship amount could be Rupees One lac and maximum could be 6 lacs. You may give us this
funds under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or any other suitable funds for projects. Our
