INDEMNITY BOND
In consideration of my being nominated at my request as a participation in the B&J Trek -2018 to
be held at Jharkhand from that neither I nor heirs executors will make any claim against the Govt of
India or against or any officer, JCO or NCO or MT Drivers or against any person in the service of
Govt of India in respect of loss or damage or injury to the property of person (including injury
resulting in Death) which I May suffer while or in consequence of having participated and I
understand that no compensation will be paid by the Govt of India or any officers JCO , NCO Civilian
MT Drivers for any loss damage or injury. I also agree so as to bind myself, my ward and save
harmless the Govt of India and any officer/JCO/NCO/Civilian MT Drivers or any person in the
service of Govt of India against them or any of them arising out of any act or omission or default on
my part in connection with the said training and journey (The Govt has agreed to bear the stamp
duty on this document.)
