INDEMNITY BOND

THIS INDENTURE made this _____ day of April 2022 between Mr. <Name> (hereinafter referred to as
the Trainee which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof include her heirs,
executors and administrators, of the first part, and (2) Mr. _______________________________ S/o.

(hereinafter referred to as The Ex-Guarantors which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or
meaning thereof be deemed to include their respective heirs, executors, administrators estate and effects) of
the second part and (3) ACC Limited, a Company incorporated and registered under the Indian Companies
Act, 1913 and having its Registered Office at Cement House, 121 Maharshi Karve Road, Mumbai - 400
020. (hereinafter referred to as The Company which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or
meaning thereof be deemed to include their successors or assigns) of the third part.

WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS
Whereas Mr. <Name> requested the Company to give him training which is required to be undergone as a
part of his <course name> at <Institution Name with location>.

AND WHEREAS THE COMPANY HAS AGREED TO PROVIDE THE SAID TRAINING WITHOUT
ANY STIPEND at the sole risk of the Trainee and without any other liability.

AND WHEREAS The Guarantors individually and severally in consideration of the same has agreed to
indemnify and keep indemnified the Company against any liability claim etc.

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH AND IT IS RECORDED AS FOLLOWS:

1) The Trainee will not be entitled to any allowance of any nature whatsoever either in respect of
boarding and for lodging or otherwise and the Trainee shall not make any claim in this behalf before
any Court under the provisions of any law. The Guarantors hereby jointly and each of them severally
indemnify and keep indemnified the Company against all such actions, proceedings, claims, demands
that may be made against or incurred or suffered by the Company.
2) It is further agreed that if an accident occurs in the course of training the Company will not be liable for
any compensation/damage or any claim of any nature whatsoever statutory or otherwise. In pursuance
hereof, the Trainee undertakes that he shall not make any claim against the Company under the
provisions of any law before any authority statutory or otherwise. In pursuance hereof, the Trainee
undertakes that she shall not make any claim against the Company under the provisions of any law
before any authority statutory or otherwise. In the event of any claim being made against the Company
in this regard or claim of any other nature whatsoever, the Claimant and the Guarantor hereby jointly
and each of them severally indemnify and keep indemnified the Company against all actions,
proceedings, claims, demands, loss, damages, costs, charges, expenses, payments and liabilities of any
nature whatsoever that may be made against or incurred or suffered by the Company by reason of the
Company having agreed to give training to the Trainee and the Trainee and Guarantor to and each of
them doth hereby for themselves and himself, respectively jointly and severally agree to the Company
to pay to the Company on demand any sum or sums which the Company may pay or be required to pay
or be liable to pay to any person or persons having or claiming or establishing any right thereto.
