The TMA case is about ways and attributes to build successful teams. It explores various attributes allowing to reach success
at the team level and identifies missing attributes that lead teams to be unsuccessful.

The attached case “Successful Teamwork: A Case Study” reflects on a real study done with final year students enrolled in the
Interactive Multimedia course at Edith Cowan University. The unit IMM 3228/4228 “Project management methodologies”
uses teams of four or five students to utilize their specialist skills to meet a “real need” for an industry client.
