To Whom It May Concern,

Molly Scott completed her Internship at Lynwood SHS Term 3, 2017. She
demonstrated strong Outdoor Education skills through her involvement in mountain
bike riding, climbing and abseiling, powerboating and sailing. Molly led the Year 12
Outdoor Education class in the preparation for their SEATREK with the camp
planner document. This involved tasks such as route planning, weather forecasting,
menu planning, equipment lists and emergency procedures.
Whilst on camp and during lessons Molly demonstrated excellent leadership skills
and decision making. She successfully formed strong professional relationships with
her students to ensure student learning outcomes were achieved.
Molly completed her Internship with a High Distinction. Her preparation, instructions
and professionalism were excellent. She was proactive in helping out where possible
and was well liked and respected by all.
I wish Molly success with her teaching career and strongly recommend her to any
future employer.

Kind Regards,

Graham Regan
