MESSAGE

The Claveria East Central School is a great place to teach and learn. It serves
approximately 426 learners. It has a long and rewarding history of achievements in
academics and co-curricular activities.

In this time after the COVID 19 Pandemic, school year 2022-2023 will be
different than any school year in the history of our school and district, yet what will
never change is our commitment to serving our learners, families, communities with
compassion, perseverance and dedication. The teaching staff , parents and
stakeholders are committed to a quality learning experience focused on the needs of
learners. We are committed to our mission of preparing learners to be productive
citizens and successful in pursuing life goals. Thus we continually ask the questions :
How are we going to guarantee that learning really takes place in all learners? How
will we motivate learners and improve their learning outcomes? How do we cater
their needs and provide them their learning resources needed? This drives our school
to focus on the strategic planning , a School Improvement Plan .We are strategic
about how we pan forward and critical determiner is what the data tells us is the
priority to act on.

The School improvement plan will serve as blueprint of school goals , vision
and mission. It will document our action towards achieving such goals. This will
manifest that no matter how difficult the circumstances , with the usual support and
assistance of our partners, our external and internal stakeholders, I affirm with
confidence that we will manage to be resilient and persistent in turning the difficult
situation into favorable one and uphold the school’s integrity and wisdom to carry
out its programs, projects and activities for quality education.

ENDORSEMENT

This is to signify our collective approval and support to the

implementation of the School Improvement Plan which contains our
aspirations for our school.
To ensure the success of its implementation , the School Planning Team
will conduct a med year and year end assessment using the Project Monitoring
report Form . The result of the monitoring will be discussed both by the SPT
and Project Team for recommendations and adjustments.
