October 30, 2018)
3. Discussion with the Board of Library Trustees seeking City Council input into the Development of a Long-
Range Strategic Plan for the Framingham Public Library
4. Presentation by the Department of Public Works on Recycling
5. Order 2018-109 – Upon Request of Councilor Cannon to refer a proposed new section of the Zoning Bylaw
relative to Accessory Dwelling Units (In-Law Apartments), to the Planning Board for review, public hearing
and recommendation to the City Council.
6. Order 2018-110 – Upon Request of Councilor Grove to refer review of the Plastic Bag Reduction Bylaw on
