Kumari for giving me this topic and guiding me throughout the project. Through this project I
have learned a lot about the aforesaid topic and this in turn has helped me grow as a student. My
heartfelt gratitude also goes out to the staff and administration of CUSB for the infrastructure in
the form of our library and IT lab that was a source of great help in the completion of this
project.

It was very important to comply with the topic in relation to India as India has it’s own concerns
regarding residuary power. At last lectures of our constitutional law teacher plays very important
