1 Introduction
This Volume of document forms the Test Procedure for Upgrading fuel & Detonation Control System
at CP-5100 & K-600.
1.1 Purpose

The intended readers are listed below who will be involved in one way or another :
(a) Vendor
(b) Client's Representative
1.2 Scope
The scope of the document defines all Procedure Method of the system as provided in the following chapters.
This section describes the testing philosophy, objectives , general procedures and the success criteria for this
Acceptance test.
1.3.2 The Procedures test shall take place at Client's premises. It shall be conducted by Vendor and witnessed
By Client's personnel,all of those understand the background and objectives of each test.
1.3.3 Ther be shall be at least one test case covering a specific functional area. The actual number of test cases
needed would be agreed upon client and Vendor.

1.3.4 Each test case's result shall be recorded for reference if further testing is required or it will be signed off
by Client if the result satisfies the acceptance criteria defined for the test.
1.3.5 The original Test Procedure shall be signed by Client and Vendor with Vendor keeping the original and
Client the copy.
1.4.1 Vendor's personnel will carry out the test with the client's observation according to the step-by-step test
Procedures or steps prepared each test.
1.4.2 All test cases are described in section 1.7 of this document.
1.4.3 Vendor's Test Supervisor shall record the data or result of the test procedure or steps for each test case.
1.4.4 Vendor's Test Supervisor shall record any comments on the tests being carried out
1.4.5 Client, the test Approver will observe the result of the test cases.If the test case satisfies its succes criteria,
The test Approver will sign on the test case certificate and record down the date completion.
1.4.6 Vendor's Project Manager shall collect all test cases that are not signed, determined the effort required to

1.4.7 When all the test case certificates have been sign off, the Test Supervisor or Vendor Project Manager shall
Sign on the Acceptance Test Certificate. The date of acceptance shall also be recorded.

The Acceptance Criteria of the system delivered by Vendor are translated into test cases whre each test further
defines the individual succes criteria. When all test cases have been signed off, Client shall sign the ANNEX A
of this document to declare acceptance of the system.
1.6.1 All simulation of valves opening and closing and motor starters are provided by forcing the Exacta I/Os.
1.6.2 Only those on the Exacta that are provided in this contract would be simulated.
The following chart shows the areas of the systems to be tested and the test case number covering each area.
Those "H" test cases would cover the hardware area while "F" cases cover the functionality.

1.8.1 Glossary
1.8.1.1 Database : a group of blocks that connects software to the hardware and defines the control strategy
