Behavior Observation Duration Log

This duration data sheet is used to record the start and end times of a specifically defined behavior over multiple observation periods to calculate the total duration of the behavior. It collects the observer's name, date of the observation, name of the individual being observed, and space to record the onset and offset times down to the second or minute for up to four observation periods to then calculate a grand total duration.
