1 Kilo of Sugar
Mix 1 Sachet Menu Magic Jelly Buko Strips to 5 cups of water ( 200-240ml per cup ), do the same with
the rest of the Menu Magic Buko Strips.Cook in slow fire until near boil, pour into MOULD.Let it stand
for a few minutes ( Depending on the room temperature ) Check if firm enough for Stripping.Stripping
process is just like stripping a regular BUKO.Mix All ingredients including Stripped Menu Magic Buko
Strips add sugar, stir ( adjust according to desired sweetness ) Add Ice.Ready to serve – makes at least
100 cups – 3 to 5 oz. Cups ( Depending on Ice and Sugar )Note: Menu Magic Jelly Buko Strips can be
replaced by Menu Jelly Red, Clear, Black, Yellow, Green , Buko Pandan, Melon or Mango.
1 Pinch of Menu Magic Yellow – (Small Amount for coloring only ) OPTIONAL
500 ml of water
4 pcs eggs – egg yolk but it’s your option to include egg white ( beat with wire whisk / fork )
***Cook in slow fire, stir constantly, cook until mixture is almost boiling and thickened already, put to
mould. Let it stand for several minutes ( Depending on the room temperature), and it is ready to
serve.Make 8 Llaneras small
Note: The option to increase eggs and milk will depend on desired taste/ for additional eggs or milk,
an equivalent amount of water be reduced / decreased from the ingredients. If you under cook the
mixture it will not form you can just re cook it and follow the same procedure.
1. Pour at least 2 tablespoon of sugar ( washed / raw ) to a medium size mould pan ( LLANERA )
2. Place medium size mold pan over medium heat ( LLANERA )
3. Allow it to caramelize swirl / turn side to side to evenly spread the caramel. Set aside.
