1. Reference: Memorandum from Pre Charge Investigator SPO1 Julio

H Espirito, regarding Explanation dated October 16, 2018 for being absent as
Security detail during the visit of the Heart Relic of Saint Padre Pio.

2. That the subject PNCO direct to explain in writing within twenty four
(24) hours upon receipt for “being absent as Security Detail during the Visit of the
Heart Relic of Saint Padre Pio.

3. In connection with the above reference the undersigned Police

Officers was directed to explain in writing “for being absent as Security Detail
during the Visit of the Heart Relic of Saint Padre Pio at about 6:00PM of
October 10, 2018 ”. On the day of the said security detailed the undersigned police
officer render duty on October 10, 2018 at Barbosa PCP at 7:00 AM in the morning
to conduct Anti- Criminality Campaign and they apprehended violators of City
Ordinance R.O 8521 (Smoking In Public) attached herewith is the PCP blotter on
the said date and a Copy of Spot Report. The undersigned police officer have no
intention to be absent as Security detail during the Visit of the Heart Relic of Saint
Padre Pio.

4. In view thereof, the undersigned police officer deeply prayed with

your kind indulgence that this explanation would merit your decision and be
absolved from any liability.
