    Regarding to the Lock of Driver Seat of MC 150

    1. References: A. Verbal Instruction from PCP Commander on even date treating


    the above subject.

    2. The undersigned inspected the mc 150 and upon the said inspection the
    undersigned noticed the locked of mc 150 was damage.

    3. In this connection and with the above reference, you are hereby directed to explain
    within twenty four (24) hours upon receipt hereof why no administrative sanction
    will be filed against you for the damage of lock of MC 150.
