1. Reference: Verbal Instruction from Chief INTEL PS3

2. This pertains to the complaint coursed thru the Contact Center ng Bayan
(CCB) against the proliferation of illegal vendors in Hidalgo Street, Manila, causing
blockage of streets and business establishment in the area.

3. Relative to the above subject this Police Community Precinct headed by


the undersigned conducted clearing operation and instructed his personnel to remove all
eyesores and obstruction that blocked the road that causes heavy flow of traffic in the
area. Likewise the undersigned conducted dialogue to the illegal vendors to be
responsible and learn the importance of sanitation in the area.

4. Attached herewith are the copy of the pictures of the said operation.
