SUBJECT : Monthly Administrative and Operational Accomplishment

Report for the Month of August 2019

1. References:
a. Monthly Accomplishment Report from LRMC Line Revenues covering
the period of August 1-31, 2019; and
b. Crime Monitoring Report from August 1-31, 2019.

2. ICOW the above references, submitted are the Monthly Administrative and
Operational Accomplishment Reports covering the period from August 1-31, 2019.

3. A total of Three Hundred Forty Seven (347) capable and vigilant personnel
of this company in collaboration with Security personnel of LRMC, LRTA and MRT
line revenues were tasked to maneuver the security and safety operations within
AOR resulting to a total of Fourteen (14) crime incidents recorded in all line
revenues. The distribution of crime incidents are as follows:

a. LRMC Line 1 - 5 incidents;

b. LRTA Line 2 - 1 incident;
c. MRT Line 3 - 8 incidents
d. MERALCO - 0 incident.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 Conducted Police Information Continuing Education (PICE) to all 4 thMFC

Personnel detailed at different Line Revenues with regards to the strict
adherence to the existing PNP Rules and Regulations on “Tamang Bihis”.
The undersigned also directed Line Supervisors to religiously remind all
duty sentinels detailed on their area to abide by these policies and impose
immediate corrective actions to violators.
 Conducted weekly and monthly conference of personnel to assess and
evaluate their team and individual tasking assigned to them and to
 reiterate proper decorum, ethical standards, updated SOPs and all trends
in human-rights and community based policing in pursuit of proper
dealings with people in the community.
 This Office provided required number of personnel to attend Seminars and
Workshops conducted by the higher headquarters for individual
development.
 Complied weekly and monthly reports submitted to Battalion Offices.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 Conducted surprise and regular on-the-spot inspection and correction to

the detailed duty sentinel at the different line revenues to assess
personnel’s totality.
 4th MFC, RMFB Quality Service Lane (QSL) and Mga Proseso sa
Pagrereklamo at Pagsasampa ng Kaso strategically located at MRT Taft
Station that proactively address issues and concerns of the commuting
public to ensure timely feedback.
 Issued forty-four (44) Hytera Digital Portable Radios where each station in
all three (3) line revenues is allotted with one (1) radio to be used by
sentinels during their tour of duty . All situation reports and other concerns
on their respective stations shall be communicated and relayed with the
use of such handheld radios.
 Maintaining of Women and Child Protection Desk (WCPD) manned by
female duty sentinels to address issues and concerns involving
women/children commuters.
 Directed all personnel to turn-over cellular phones of sentinels prior to
dispatch. All situation reports and other concerns were communicated and
relayed with the use of issued handheld radios per station of every line
revenues;
 Continuously provide protective security assistance to the management
and SGs of Light Rail Transit and Metro Rail Transit to maintain a crime-
free conveyance to all commuting passengers and to pre-empt any
lawlessness and threats in its immediate vicinity.
 Intensification of Police Visibility in all line revenues to preempt unlawful
activities of ASG and other Lawless Armed Groups in Metro Manila.
 Reported incidents, accidents, and other concerns of the riding public were
addressed proactively.
 Provided required number of personnel requested by Battalion Operations
Section in support to various deployments such as SONA 2019 and the
likes.
