2019. The 13,444 quota is allotted to Police Regional Offices to address the
insurgency situation in their area of responsibilfty and the remaining 2,705 is allotted

9. Conduct thorough verification on the scholastic records Of Pat


applicants to check if indeed they are alumnvalumnae and have a good
moral character in the school last attended;

h. Validate the results to Commission on Higher Eclucation (CHED), any


validated derogatory records shall be a bar in their application to enter
the PNP service and/or ground for their temination from the police
service;

i. Require all Pat applicants to secure Certfficaf/.on, Auffronfr.cat/.on and


Ven.ffcaf/`on /CAvy from CHED certifying that the Degree/Tale earned
by a certain applicant is true and correct. The said certffication is
considered as an additional requirement in applying tlie PNP; and

j. Strategize the conduct of interview to detect any anomalous


documents or infomation provided by the applicants.

k. Candidates under PMF quota shall sign an Affidavit of Undertaking that


they will remain assigned with PNP Mobile Forces for at least five
years (see attached format):

I. The effectjvity date of appointrent should be the date of scheduled


oath-faking. Also ensure that the processing Of the CSC Appointment
of Patrolmanmatrotwoman should be in accordance with the gilidelines
of ORAOHRA; and

in. The submission of Appointment Orders of the newly appointed


PatrolmaM'atrotwoman shall be submitted to this Directorate (Attn: C,
RSD) not later than two days after the date Of oath taking and be
reminded that non compliance of the same will affect the release of
funding requirements of present and future Pat Recruitment Program.

3. The following guidelines shall be strictly observed and implemented in the


processing of Pat applicants:

a. The use of PNP ORAS shall be strictly implemented. Complaints and


problems of Pat applicants that would arise due to violations of PNP
MC No. 2017-027 (Prescribing the Policies and Procedures in the
lmplementation of PNP Online Recruitment Application System (PNP
ORAS) shall not be entertained by this CIfice;

b. The filling up of PMF quota shall be strictly observed;

c. The number of applicants for initial screening process shall be 750% of


the recruitment quota allocated. Beyond 750% should be funded by the
recruiting PROs and NSUs;
4. In this regard, you are directed to accept online application for initial
processing and evaluation.
