Plan B

I was born in Varanasi it’s Avery spiritual place

I was a spiritual person

Spiritually teaches us listen more speak less

My grandma used to give a very legitimate reasoning

God has given two ears and one mouth that means if you listen two time than you speak

My grand mA proud that I follow her teaching and don’t speak much

But the actual reason is I am afraid of talking in front of bunch of souls

In my two interviews in company I failed due to lack of good communication

That time I had two plans

Plan A...I am an engineer. Most of the time who has to use his mind rather than mouth. Why to bother
about communication. Some company will come who will value then mind more than the mouth

And unfortunately, it happens a company came and recruited me

My ego was on seventh sky

I told myself see how right I am.

In July 2011 I joined my first company in no time realised that I need to communicate to people.

I realized it in 2012 but that time I didn’t bother to take pain to improve my communication and
confidence

Those I was busy in torrent, watching YouTube and some other tubes on Internet

In 2014 I left my first company which was a startup. On the day of relieving I had a chat with the CO
founder

In that meeting he gave me so many valuable advice

And the most valuable one was to join toastmasters club

My next was Samsung a big company where communication was more important than doing the
technical job

I appraisal review I got really bad rating and reason was bad communication

That day I remember the advice of Joining toastmasters.

On next Sunday I vistas express2lead club.

I my first meeting the mc which was a cute girl in a professional attire called me for table topic

I have one problem It’s very difficult to say no to anyone and to girl it’s almost impossible

I came on Dias.

That day I learnt one very important thing about mind

‘Mind is a power tool which starts working from the day you born, and it keeps working until you go for
public speaking’

In my first meeting TT I said couple of line which don’t make any sense at all

After that I didn’t go toastmasters for one year

After one year when my second appraisal in Samsung was approaching I relented the previous appraisal
I remembered the advice and I remembered toastmasters

In 2016 I joined toastmasters and my appraisal was not good in 2nd year as well. I was very angry on my
manager for my own mistake

Due to poor appraisal I left Samsung and join the Qualcomm.

But no one knows the actual reason of leaving Samsun. ‘The poor appraisal ‘please don’t tell anyone out

I finished my cc10

I planned to give all speeches again in pathways

I was going through my original cc1 and decide to drop every line of that speech
