1. How do you define a good leader?

A good leader has the ability to critically make decisions which is for the good of everyone.

A good leader for me is someone who is selfless. A leader that aims to serve without asking for

anything in return. A good leader has a good and open heart which extends not only to his/her

group member but to all people. A leader must have the passion. The most important quality that

a good leader must possess is knowing how to listen. A leader should be excellent on solving

problems.

2. What can you do to be a more effective leader?

To be a more effective leader, he/she constantly learns from other people by being open to

corrections, you must learn to accept constructive criticisms. to be more effective a leader must

also learn to be sensitive not only to his member, but also to his surroundings. One must

constantly improve oneself by continually seeing the self and removing the negativities within

one’s life. It is also better that a leader knows his strengths and weaknesses. A good leader must

be strong enough to handle those kinds of situations. A leader must consider the development of

both himself and other people.
