The important attitudes of a leader in addressing the different problems in our government is, Leader
must show others that they are a true leader, not a boss, 'great leaders' are the ones who encourage
people to inspire themselves that leads them toward a better vision of their future.A leader know how
to appreciate others and their work even the small ones, being a good mentor, and listening to what
your team says. Also the ones that encourage them to be a better leader, with their membership,
confidence, and abilities, it will help also give confidence to the leader to make and do things right.The
10 virtues help the learners to do the right and avoided cheating to have A good quality of performance.
It shows that we can choose responsibly to do the right thing that good for everyone.

Leadership dwells on emotional intelligence that is the ability to manage oneself and one’s relationships.
To be a leader needs emotional intelligence through social skill, self-awareness, self-management, and
social-awareness. Leadership must involve a clear, consistent goal. Leadership means inspiring others to
follow the goals and vision to the level that it becomes a collective effort, shared vision and goal and a
common success.
