BUS DEPARTURE SCHEDULE DURING END TERM

EXAMS

1.The Chitkara University buses will depart as per the following timings during
examinations starting w.e.f. 03 December 2018 till 22 December 2018 :-
.
a) Two buses on each route will depart in the afternoon at 1.30PM(1330Hrs).

b) All remaining buses except one bus from each major city will depart at 4.45PM
(1645Hrs) for the students and facaulty not involved in the exam duty .

c) Remaining one bus on each route to cater for transportation of Faculty & Staff
involved in examination duty will depart at the time given by the
Examination Department official Mr Sanjeev Sharma – 7508055654 (M) tentatively
at 5PM ( 1700 Hrs )

2. All the buses will run on combined route. The Bus Coordinators will intimate
the stoppages to the respective drivers.
