Outreach Initiatives

1 Internship Program
The internship primarily consists of learning and working in the program, productions and
promotions departments. The object is to allow students to work at a Major Market Radio
Station. Through this experience the student is able to evaluate if this is the career path they
would want to take. Students are excepted into this program from several schools in the
Minneapolis/St Paul Metro area

2 Tours/Job Shadow
We welcome schools, scouting and daycare groups in for tours and job shadowing. We let them
see each department and give them a sample what it is like to be on-air and work in the production
department.
