Catching swarms
Bee Charm
The best known and most efficient swarm lure. Whether you are an amateur or a professional,
we are sure that you will be well satisfied with the result you get from Bee Charm. This highly
perfumed paste is almost entirely made up of the essences of strongly perfumed flowers which
attract swarms to the decoy hive. Although not indispensable, it is a good idea to put one or
two old combs in the decoy hive, as they will enhance your chances of success.
The decoy hives should be placed high up on a stable base. Make sure that they are in the
shade during the hottest hours of the day to avoid sudden rises in temperature inside the hive.
Lightly smear Bee Charm on a few frames and around the hive entrance of your decoy hives,
renew every eight days.
Keeps well, preferably in a cool place

bee venom
Comes in a shock proof case.
How it works – a special plate fitted with conductive wire
through which electric current is pulsed at adjustable fre-

charges irritate the bees and make them “sting” the plate.
The base of the plate made of a sliding glass collects and
dries out the venom. In a very short time, it starts a chain
reaction that supplies an abundant harvest. The
device is equipped with a start button with
a control diode and a 4-position frequency

How it works
The pollen dryer can hold up to 16 trays. These are made of perforated
stainless steel 1 mm thick with Ø 1 mm holes.
The machine pumps out hot air, which is redistributed equally around the
pollen by the fan. The air is under slight pressure inside the dryer and thus
evenly distributed, this ensures a good output and great regularity in the
drying on the various trays.
The heat of the pumped air can be set via a temperature control with digital
readout. The machine sits on a stand with castors to make it easy to move
around the honey house. Can also be used to melt down a drum of honey
(tray rack can be removed).

through the Spinomel. This machine can run with a full Spinomel. This prevents the baskets from clogging up
load at very low speed throughout the day. The wax and the honey is filtered at the same time. This machi-

Spinomel with 2 sets of 4 baskets
Once the Spinomel is full of cappings, you switch it to spin-dry, it
builds up to maximum speed progressively.
The long time span gives all the honey time to run out, when maxi-
mum speed is reached, all the honey has been spun out and the
dry cappings are stuck against the sides of the basket. The reason
for separate baskets was decided on to avoid having to lift a heavy
load when cleaning.
A few facts about the Spinomel:
- Lets you filter non-stop up to 3 tons of extracted honey per day
- And treat non-stop the cappings from those 3 tons of extracted
honey, with only two manipulations to unload the dry wax.
- Filters honeys of all types of viscosity, even heather. Hopper

Mixers
Mixers are used more and more in modern honey house for two important
tasks:
- mixing different honeys
- seeding honey (e.g. rape seed honey to obtain fine crystallization).
A lot of care has gone into their manufacture. The principle is simple: an
Archimedes’screw moves the honey in an upward swirl and obtains a
homogenised mixture in no time at all.
