My mom's defibrillator malfunctioned and shocked her 40+ times at 600V. The doctor's all denied responsibility
for the cause. It put my parents hundreds of thousands of dollars into medical debt.
I should first and foremost say that this happened about 10 years ago, so at this point I doubt it's possible to
do anything about the situation.
When I was 16, my mom was driving me to a friend's house when her defibrillator starting shocking her
repeatedly every few seconds. She thought it was just doing its job, until the shocking continued where it
surpassed 40 shocks at 600 volts. This led to severe heart damage and required multiple open-heart surgeries
to fix. It turned out that the wires that connected to her box malfunctioned and were sending signals that her
heartbeat was off.

break-up, they get over it pretty quickly. Whereas men, on the other hand, move on
quickly but remain damaged for longer.

Female user in r/MakeNewFriends asks guys to stop sending her unsolicited dick pics Gender Wars
The whole thing is pretty much a dumpster fire, but here are some gems:
"it is hard to aproche females in real live. So much shame and hurt because of rejections and feminist law
suits."
"Never said that it is ok, only that most people just exile them even more and increasing there problem
instead of giveing him a short explanation of how to do it right."
"Obviously it's hard to know but point out that you're not seeking a bf as a start." (Note that rule #1 of the sub
is "friendship only, no dating", so nobody posting in that sub is doing so looking for a relationship)
(In response to the OP saying she doesn't like Reddit's messaging, so she sometimes takes the conversation
elsewhere, which then allows men to send dick pics directly) "Well, just say no to that then"

When I was nine, my parents read my secret diary and punished me for what I've written inside. Now they're
asking me why I'm being lazy and not keeping a journal anymore.
When I was little, I used to write and draw in my diary almost every single day. And when I became nine years
old, a family friend from Germany gave me a beautiful diary with a lock on it, knowing that I like keeping a
diary. The diary came with two keys for the lock. After the kind lady who gave me the diary left, my parents
demanded that I surrender one of the two keys to them. I refused. A few days later, one of the two keys

disappeared. When I asked my parents about it, they became mad at me for suspecting them. They told me I
must have been careless.
For the following weeks, I wrote my honest thoughts in the diary, sometimes complaining about my parents.
Every time I finished writing, I carefully locked my diary. In the meantime, I also searched everywhere for the
missing key but couldn't find it. One day, I came home after school and found my diary wide open on my
desk On every single used page of the diary I found that my mom corrected my grammar and writing style in
