1. What is business correspondence ?
 Business correspondence means the exchange of information in a written format
for the process of business activities. And business correspondence can take place
between organisation, within its between organisation and customers.

2. What is the importance of business correspondence ?


 Business Correspondence is important because it enable a business to maintain a
proper relationship between customer & the company it self. And in our opinion,
business correspondence also may improve its company, for example is the guest
comment. It may directly remind us, our missing point that guest’s not satisfied
about, so we can take it advantages from that one.
