I was responsible for delivering excellent customer service, making food, taking orders, working
the register, and cleaning the store every shift.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, JCPENNEY
I was a customer service representative inside the retail store. I was responsible for taking care of
customers, using the register, doing cash strips, organizing the store, promoting sales, and
helping create the new store layouts.
