Non-Profit Organization Intern 02/2021-05/2021
Herizon Music Foundation, Austin, TX
I was responsible for creating episode webpages for guests of the podcast on WordPress. I also
transcribed complete episodes to upload on Simplecast after creating the podcast episode page.
My weekly duties included managing social media accounts and podcast by updating weekly insights and
analytics to track engagement and growth
I would create content post to share on social media as well as search for undiscovered female artists.
Vault Teller 05/2019-06/2020
Texell Credit Union, Cedar Park, TX
Aside from teller transactions and front-line customer service (deposits, withdrawals, payments etc.), I would
perform sale calls to offer credit union products as well as collection calls to collect on owing accounts.
Promotion 6 months after starting, went from teller to vault teller with more responsibilities
As vault teller, every month I would have to audit the cash inventory flowing through the credit union as well
as prepare large amounts of cash to refill the ATM. I was responsible for keeping track of appropriate cash
level amounts for all tellers, cash machines, ATM, vault and responsible for the cash flow to and from the
vault.
