ADEC Learning Outcome: How do organisms avoid competition.

Prior Knowledge: S know what do organisms need to survive, why do organisms compete.

Lesson Objectives: S will learn what is habitat and niche. S will learn how animals avoid compition.

Lesson Activities:

Introduction: (10 min) T will explain what is habitat and niche, by using a powerpoint. In groups, S will
have different picures with informations of speicas of birds called honeycreeper, and they have to
read and find out how they avoid compitions in the ecosystem.

Middel:(20 min) In peers, they will have to create a brucher about how animals avoid competition, they
will have reading text and pictures to help them creating the brucher (they will have different animals
like: cats, lions..)

End; (10 min) S will have a small worksheet, and they will have to answer it in groups, the first group
will get dojos.

Evaluation / Assessment (5 min): T will evaluate the students by checking while they working.
