Two lists of candidates admitted provisionally to the Certificate

Verification for the post of AGRICULTURAL OFFICER (EXTENSION) IN
THE TAMIL NADU AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION SERVICE, 2015-2016,
2016-2017, 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 were published in the
Commission’s website on 17.10.2018 and 05.12.2018 based on the results of
the written examination conducted by the Commission on 14.07.2018 FN &
AN.
The candidates were asked to upload the certificates for the 1st phase
of Certificate Verification from 29.10.2018 to 09.11.2018 and candidates
were asked to attend the 2nd phase of Certificate Verification held on
12.12.2018 in support of the claims made in their online applications. Based
on the outcome of the Certificate Verification, the candidates whose Register
Numbers are mentioned below have been provisionally admitted to Oral Test
in the ratio of 1:2. The Oral Test will be held from 02.01.2019 to
08.01.2019 (except 05.01.2019 and 06.01.2019), at the office of the
Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, TNPSC Road, Chennai - 600 003. The
candidates should attend the Oral Test with all original certificates in support
of the claims made in their online applications. Individual Communication
regarding the date and time of Oral Test will not be sent to the
candidates by post. The above details will be made available in the
Commission’s website and the candidates will be informed of the
above fact only through SMS and e-mail accordingly.

Notes:-
1. Mere inclusion of the Register Numbers of candidates will not imply that
their candidature has been fully considered for Oral Test.

2. The candidates whose Register Numbers are found in the above list have
been admitted provisionally to the Oral Test based on the marks obtained
by them in the Written Examination and with reference to the Rule of
reservation of appointments. The admission of candidates to Oral Test is
provisional subject to verification and acceptance of the claim in their
online applications towards Age, Educational Qualification, Community,
Differently Abled, PSTM etc, through original documents. If any of their
claims are found to be false or incorrect, their provisional admission to
Oral Test will be cancelled.
3. The candidates who have appeared for Written Examination and whose
register numbers are not found in the above list have not been admitted
to the Oral Test.
4. The admission of Differently Abled candidates to Oral Test is also
provisional subject to verification and acceptance of their claim with
regard to the nature and percentage of disability with reference to the
orders of the Government regarding the reservation and the category
of Differently Abled Persons eligible for the said posts.
5. The admission of the candidates to the Certificate Verification is purely
provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to the
outcome/final orders to be passed by the Hon’ble High Court of
Judicature at Madras in the WP (MD) Nos. 14513 & 14514 of 2018 and
WMP (MD) Nos. 13102 & 13104 of 2018 and other cases pending on the
files of the Hon’ble High Court, Madras/Madurai Bench of Madras High
Court, if any, relating to this recruitment.
6. Candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the Oral Test are
hereby advised to attend the Oral Test with all the relevant documents in
original, without fail. Failure to produce even any one of the essential
documents will result in their non-admission to the Oral Test.
7. The list of register numbers of candidates who were admitted to
Certificate Verification and who have not been considered for provisional
admission to Oral Test and the reasons therefor have been mentioned in
the Annexure to this list.
