Warm Up:

Combo's:

<Round 5>
9. Left jab, right cross, left hook liver, right low kick, right push kick

<Round 6>
14. Cross, jab, duck under, hook low, hook high, knee,
left switch kick

<Round 7>
26. Low left hook- back out, low right hook- back out,
high left roundhouse, overhand right

<Round 8>
30. Left switch kick, cross, left hook, rear roundhouse

<Round 9>
50. 5 fast face punches, cross, hook, right hook to body,
left hook to body, right cross

<Round 10>
25. Infighting/Clinch/Dirty Boxing

Cooldown Stretching - 3 Minutes
