Disrespect:

Often the non native peoples are not respected and welcomed with open heart. This situation can
cause unnecessary tension at work place. In this situation everyone is affected. So hiring the non-
native may be a disadvantage.

Integration:
In diverse workplace many social and cultural issues may arise in addition to individual
personality clash issues. Because of this diverse environment effective sharing of knowledge,
experience, skills, resulting in decreased productivity efficiency and growth.

2:
Diverse hiring may be beneficial in the long run for the following reasons:
1-It may be result in increased creativity
2-With the different workforce different ideas and collaboration may be experienced.
3-Different skills and ideas may result in increased productivity
4- It may increase range of services.
