    IRONMONGERY BODY/MAKE DETAILS

    PROTECTION PLATES:
    Kick/Strick/Push plate shall be of 3mm thick stainless steel, satin finish.

    HINGES:
    Hinghes for fire rated door shall be stainlesss steel triple knuckle button tripped with
    caged ball bearings.
    Hinghes for non-fire rated doors shall be stainless steel washered triple knuckle
    aluminium butts or stainless steel double-washered hinges.

    LOCKS AND LATCHES:


    Locks and latches shall be satin or polished stainless steel body. Lock and latches shall
    incorporate 3part 19mm through stainless steel latch bolts and dead bolts shall incorporate hardened
    steel roller.

    LEVER HANDLES, ROSE, BACK PLATES:


    They shall be of rounded aluminium sections. Levers shall be complete with corrosion
    proof hardened steel tansorite spindle.
    Rose and Back plates shall be of a 3mm material with polished and anodised edges.

    PULL HANDLES:
    Pull handles should be of an approved aluminium section with corrosion proof bolts with
    cup washers and locking patches.

    DOOR STOOPERS:
    Floor mounted door stops shall be of stainless steel body of 45mm diameter with 38mm
    projection and rubber buffer. Stops shall be complete with 'raw bolt' fixing device.
