SPECIFICATION SHEET

FIRE DOORS (120 Minutes)

MATERIAL

Door Frames and Leaves are made form Galvanized Steel.

DOOR LEAVES

Constructed from 1.20mm thick galvanized steel sheet formed to provide a 45mm thick fully flush, double
skin door shell with lock seam joints at stile edges. Internal Reinforcements are provided at top, Bottom and
Stile Edges for Fire Rating. The internal construction of the door is a specially designed Honey Comb
structure with reinforcements at top, bottom and stile surrounds. The internal construction of the door varies
with the degree of Fire Rating as tested.

For doors having overall height in the excess of 2300mm the shutters shall essentially have double latching.

DOOR FRAMES

Produced from 1.6 MM thick galvanized steel sheet formed to double rebate profile of size 105 x 60mm &
143mm X 57mm (+/- 0.3mm) with a maximum bending radius of 1.4mm.

The door frames may be built into the brick or block walls using corrugated “ T ” Anchors not welded to the
frame (first fix). Frames may also be fixed on plastered openings with the help of Metallic Expansion Shield
with counter sunk screw (second fix). Door Frames are supplied to knock-down form with butt joints for
bolted assembly at site.

VISION GLASS

Fire Rated Vision Glass with 6mm thick toughened clear glass can be provided for a maximum of 2 hours fire
rating. The Vision Glass can be provided Rectangular in standard dimensions of 200mm X 300mm & 200 X
600mm.

FINISH

The door frames and door shutters are primed with Epoxy Zinc-Phosphate with thermosetting and finished
with Polyurethane paint.

Fire rated stainless Steel Ball Bearing Butt Hinges 3mm thick are fixed flush to the frame & shutter.

provided as required.

FLUSH BOLTS (DOUBLE DOOR)

Concealed extended lever action flush bolts provided on the top of the door to the leading stile edge.

DOOR CLOSERS

Doors are made suitable to receive a large variety of Fire rated Door Closers.

OPTIONS

Exit, Electro Magnetic Hold Open Device, Door Coordinator, Smoke Seals for Air tightness, Automatic Door

FIRE DOORS (60 Minutes)

Door Frames and Leaves are made form Galvanized Steel.

DOOR LEAVES

Constructed from 1.0mm thick galvanized steel sheet formed to provide a 45mm thick fully flush, double skin
door shell with lock seam joints at stile edges. Internal Reinforcements are provided at top, Bottom and Stile
Edges for Fire Rating. The internal construction of the door is a specially designed Honey Comb structure with
reinforcements at top, bottom and stile surrounds. The internal construction of the door varies with the degree
of Fire Rating as tested.

DOOR FRAMES

Produced from 1.2 MM thick galvanized steel sheet formed to Singe rebate profile of size 105 X 60mm &
100mm X 57mm (+/- 0.3mm) with a maximum bending radius of 1.2mm. The door frames may be built into
the brick or block walls using corrugated “ T ” Anchors not welded to the frame (first fix). Frames may also be

fixed on plastered openings with the help of Metallic Expansion Shield with counter sunk screw (second fix).
Door Frames are supplied to knock- down form with butt joints for bolted assembly at site.
VISION GLASS

Fire Rated Vision Glass with 6mm thick toughened clear glass can be provided for a maximum of one hour
fire rating. The Vision Glass can be provided Rectangular in standard dimensions of 200mm X 300mm, 200 X
600mm.

FINISH

The door frames and door shutters are primed with Epoxy Zinc-Phosphate with thermosetting and finished
with Polyurethane paint.

Double Door - 2400mm (W) x 3000mm (H)

Produced from 1.20mm (18G) thick galvanized steel sheet formed to single rebate profile of size 105mm X 60
mm. & 100 X 57mm as required. The Door Frames may be built into the brick or block walls using corrugated
“ T ” anchors not welded to the Frames (First Fix). Frames may also be fixed on plastered openings with the
help of Anchor Fasteners (Second Fix). Door Frames are supplied to knockdown form with butt joints for
Bolted Assembly at site.

VISION GLASS

Vision Glass with 5 MM clear float glass can be provided in Square or Rectangular. The Vision Glass can be
provided in Standard Rectangular sizes 200 mm x 300 mm, 300mm x 450 mm & 450 mm x 900 mm.

LIMITATIONS ON VISION GLASS (FOR NON STANDARD SIZES)

Height not exceeding 1550 mm, Width to at least 300 mm less than that of the shutter width

LOUVERS

Factory finished and fixed Metal Louvers (sight proof) can be provided in Square / Rectangular sizes.

FINISH

The doorframes and door shutters are coated with Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer to receive any paint on site or
finished with Thermosetting Polyurethane paint providing high levels of scratch resistance and durability.

Rectangular Vision Glass of 5 mm thick can be provided in various sizes depending on end users requirements
such as 200mm X 300mm, 350mm X 750mm & 450 X 750 mm. The Vision Glass shall be fixed flush to both
faces of the door to provide ease of cleaning and maintenance. No crevices / joints / sloped profiles are used
for fixing the glass thus avoiding particle contamination and dust accumulation.

LIMITATIONS ON VISION GLASS (FOR NON STANDARD SIZES)

Height not exceeding 750mm, Width not exceeding 450mm, however, the vision glass width shall be 300mm
less than that of the shutter width.

FINISH

The door frames and door shutters are coated with Epoxy Zinc Phosphate with Thermosetting Polyurethane
paint providing high levels of scratch resistance and durability which is also of Anti-static quality.

Door Frames and Leaves are made from Stainless Steel – Grade 304 Hair line finish.

DOOR LEAVES

Constructed from 0.80mm Thick Stainless Steel Sheet formed to provide a 45mm thick fully flush, double skin
door shell with Lock Seam joints at stile edges. In-fill of PUF (Poly Urethane Foam) is used to give the
required rigidity and effective acoustic and thermal insulation.

“ T ” anchors not welded to the Frames (First Fix). Frames may also be fixed on plastered openings with the
help of Anchor Fasteners (Second Fix). Door Frames are supplied to knockdown form with butt joints for
Bolted Assembly at site.

Urethanes Foam) is used to give the required rigidity and effective acoustic and thermal insulation.

Produced from 1.60mm (18G) thick galvanized steel sheet formed to single rebate profile of size 105mm X
60mm. & 100 X 57mm and we are insert 2mm lead sheet in the door frame. The Door Frames may be built
into the brick or block walls using corrugated “ T ” anchors not welded to the Frames (First Fix). Frames may
also be fixed on plastered openings with the help of Anchor Fasteners (Second Fix). Door Frames are supplied
to knockdown from with butt joints for Bolted Assembly at site.

FINISH
