Even though z=19, and z=17, are integers but these values are lower than 20.
Z = 20.3, when x1 = 3.66, x2= 1, is better than the 20 but this solution is not
integer.
Since all possible branches have been considered, thus z = 20, when x1 = 4, x2= 0,
is the optimal solution for the IP.
