Objective : To ensure the pool deck furniture is well organized, maintained and clean.
Need : In order to provide our guests with a safe, clean and organized pool area environment.

TASK BREAKDOWN MINIMUM STANDARDS TRAINER’S NOTES

1. Cleaning (Daily)
All pool furniture is to be wiped cleaned with damp  Deck chairs
cloth on a daily basis & arranged properly according  Deck chair cushions
to the layout given. (morning)  Coffee tables
 Tables
 Chairs
 Umbrellas and stands
 Pool towel countertop
 Pool rescue equipment

2. Organization of Furniture
To be conducted 3 times per day (and as needed).  Organization of deck chairs
Morning  Organization of deck chair cushions
Noon  Organization of coffee tables
Evening  Organization of tables
 Organization of chairs
 Organization Umbrellas and stands
 Organization of pool rescue equipment
3. Deep Cleaning (Weekly)
All pool furniture to be scrubbed clean with cleanser  Cleaning of deck chairs
and rinsed with water.  Cleaning of deck chair cushions
 Cleaning of coffee tables
 Cleaning of tables
 Cleaning of chairs
 Umbrellas and stands
 Cleaning of pool towel countertop
 Cleaning of pool rescue equipment
