Instruction Manual for AirMan TOUR
Please read the instructions before you start using the AirMan TOUR - for the
first time. The instructions specify how to make optimal use of the TOUR and
what precautions should be taken during use.

How to operate
1. Always check the manufacturer’s recommended tire pressure for the tire
to be inflated.
2. Connect the 12v cigarette lighter power cord to the cigarette lighter out-
let of the vehicle.
3. Attach hose to tire valve stem.
4. Press the start button to begin inflation.
5. Monitor the tire pressure closely as you inflate.
6. Once the tire pressure gauge indicates that the desired pressure has
been reached stop inflating and remove the hose from the valve.

General safety measures and precautions
CAUTION: Operating the TOUR without the vehicle engine running may
drain the battery.
1. Only inflate tires to the pressure recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Always check the pressure on the built-in pressure gauge while inflating.
3. Never leave the TOUR unattended during operation.
4. The TOUR is designed for occasional use. After 10 minutes of operation
the TOUR must be switched off and set aside for cooling for at least 10 min-
utes before restarting.
5. If the TOUR emits abnormal sounds or overheats turn off immediately
and let cool for 30 minutes. Incorrect use of the TOUR may cause damage.
6. Store the TOUR in a dry and secure location, inaccessible to children.
7. Protect yourself against electric shock. Avoid physical contact with
grounded sources such as radiators, electric stoves, pipes, refrigerators, etc.

8. Never use the TOUR near flammable fluids or gases. Make sure your work-
ing area is well lit.
9. Keep the TOUR dry and clean to achieve maximum output and safety.

10. Never leave children unattended with the TOUR and never allow chil-
dren to operate or play with the TOUR or its accessories.
11. Never allow anyone to pump air into the mouth, ears, nose or any body
part of people or animals. Never use the TOUR as a toy.
12. Warning! For your own safety you should only use accessories and
other parts that are specified in the instructions or recommended for use
by the manufacturer. Use of accessories and parts that are not mentioned in
the instructions may cause an increased risk of personal injury or damage to
the TOUR.
Innovation Village Warranty
Innovation Village, LLC provides a Lifetime Warranty for the AirMan
Compressor components* and warrants that each component is
to be in good working order for the products life cycle whether
purchased from Innovation Village, LLC or an authorized Innova-
tion Village, LLC business partner. Should this product, in Innovation
Village, LLC’s opinion, fail to be in good working order during the
warranty period Innovation Village, LLC will, at its option, repair or
replace this product at no charge, provided that the product has
not been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or non-Innova-
tion Village, LLC authorized modification or repair.

You may obtain warranty service by delivering this product to an

authorized Innovation Village, LLC business partner or to Innova-
tion Village, LLC along with proof of purchase. Product returned
to Innovation Village, LLC must be pre-authorized by Innovation
Village, LLC with a RAC (return authorization code) marked on the
outside of the package and sent prepaid, insured and packaged for
safe shipment. Innovation Village, LLC will return this product by
prepaid ground shipment service.

The Innovation Village, LLC Lifetime Warranty is defined as the ser-

viceable life of the product. This is defined as the period in which
all components are available. Should this product prove to be ir-
reparable, Innovation Village, LLC reserves the right to substitute an
equivalent product if available or to retract the Lifetime Warranty if
no replacement is available.
*Compressor component is defined as the mechanical part that
compresses or blows the air inside the air pump device. No other
part of the AirMan air pump falls under this warranty. All other parts
and accessories of the AirMan products are covered by a 1 year
warranty. The above warranty is the only warranty authorized by
Innovation Village, LLC. The above warranty applies to all product
sold after January 1, 2009.

Note: Under no circumstances will Innovation Village, LLC be liable in any

way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental
or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use such a
product.
