3. Pursuant to Sec. 6 of RA 6657, I am applying for the retention of the

14.4379 has. of these aggregate total agricultural landholdings for my preferred
beneficiaries.

4. This affidavit is executed to support the application for retention and for
the corresponding certificate of retention to be issued by the Department of
AgrarianReform.
