When Will You Ever Set It Free?

So, I woke up alone to the sound of silence

Desperately trying my best to take a stand

I was forced to show only nothing but obedience

Will freedom ever fall right to my hand?

Oh dear, oh dear

When I recall all those moments I felt so deceived

Nothing else I can do but cry

Time will always change, this person had believed

Even until now, I don’t know why

Oh dear, oh dear

Tell you, I cannot recall

The day before you broke the rule

The minute you turned me just like them

To let go of who I am

Such a fool

Oh dear, oh dear

Allow me to use my eyes to be a bright clear mirror

To perceive the world as it should be

These eyes have been through all the frightful harm and horror

When will you ever set it free?

Oh dear, oh dear
