Spring 2019 Registration Schedule
Activities Deadline Remarks
Opening of Fee Payment link in ERP 24.12.2018 Start paying the fees and do not wait until the last
for all student date.
Opening of Registration link in ERP 24.12.2018 Start working on the identification of the course

Last date of Digital signing of 04.01.2019 Finalize all the course work by this date.
Registration Card by Faculty Advisor After this date, no registration will be allowed
in the Department/Centre/School (except the prior permission has been taken from
for all students HOD or Dean (UGS) ). You must meet in person to
Faculty Advisor for digital signature. Registration
link may not be available after this date.

Important
• Clear all Institute and Hall dues of the previous
semesters,
• Pay all required prescribed fees for the current
semester, and
• Should not be debarred from registering for a
specified period on disciplinary or any other
ground.
Important
• Eligible Students will be presented with a broad
time window, as specified in the Academic
Calendar to Pay the Semester Registration Fee and
finalize his/her subject Registration by suitable
choice of Electives/Additional or Backlog subjects
for each Semester.
• It is mandatory for the student to be present in
the Institute and report to their faculty advisors
on or before the day from which the classes
commence (as notified in the Academic Calendar).
Steps
• First of all get in touch ( in person/ by email)
with faculty advisor (FA), one week before the
date of semester registration with tentative plan
of course work you intend to pursue.
• All the plans needs to be discussed with FA and if
any deviation has to be made then a formal
application needs to be forwarded through FA
and HOD with recommendation to Dean (UGS).
• Complete Semester registration before deadline
and do not wait until last moment
Announcement
• Make sure all the courses are correctly registered in
the ERP as per deadline before meeting Faculty
advisor.
• Meet Faculty advisor in person and get it digitally
approved and check that all the courses (including
projects, training etc.) are correctly registered in ERP.
• No late registration of courses will be allowed after
digital approval by Faculty Advisor.
