My name is Lauren Watanabe and I am a Sociology student at the University of Central Florida. Under the
supervision of Jana Jasinski, I am conducting research regarding the effects of college student employment on
academic achievement. You are being asked for about 5-10 minutes of your time to fill out the following survey,
answering only the questions you feel comfortable answering. There is no penalty for skipping questions or
choosing not to participate in the study, nor will I be able to give you any compensation or extra credit for your
participation. There are no risks involved with this study and your identity will remain anonymous because there is
