Description:

• ISTIV-PAP is a values-driven human resource intervention for quality and productivity

improvement that is rooted in the five ideal attributes of a productive individual. I
stands for Industrious, S for Systematic, T for Time-conscious, I for Innovative, and V
for strong Value for work.

Objective/s:

• Instill positive work values (ISTIV) which results to positive change in the behavior of
employees and impact on productivity of the enterprise.
