one of the best. It is
located inside the
Winter Palace of
Empress Catherine the
great and spans more
than 1,500 rooms.
City of the Peter the Great

Petersburg is also known for

the beauty of its Bridges.
City contains 342 bridges
across the city. All Bridges of
the city are enlisted in most
beautiful bridges in Europe.
One of them is Palace
Bridge, it is a road and foot-
traffic bascule bridge; spans
the Neva River
• Leonardo da Vinci,
Monet, Van Gogh, but

the dawn of time – this
museum will quite
literally take your
breath away.
Admiralty Buildings

• One of the many fabulous

buildings you definitely

Petersburg is the

complex is, to this
date, the headquarters
of the Russian Navy.
Most Bridges in Russia

City of Cathedrals

The Church of the Savior on

Spilled Blood is one of the main
sights of St. Petersburg,
Russia. This Church was built on
the site where Emperor Alexander
II was fatally wounded in March
1881.The church was built between
1883 and 1907. The construction
was funded by the imperial family.
Another one is Saint Isaac’s
Cathedral is the largest Russian
Orthodox cathedral in the city.
Mariinsky Theatre

Russian opera and ballet

production are world renowned.
And of all the grand operas in
Russia, the Mariinsky Theater is
the finest. Absolutely make sure
to book tickets for a performance
during your stay. The ancient
interiors are beyond marvelous as
is the incredible skill of the
Russian ballet dancers
Canal Tour

St. Petersburg is a city of many

water canals. In fact, there
are over 342 bridges crossing
a total length of 300
kilometers of artificial
canals. They served as
important transport ways and
kept the city built on
marshland dry. These days,
most traffic sticks to the roads.
But as a tourist, you absolutely
should go on a canal tour and
see St. Petersburg from a
different side.
White Night Festival

City of St. Petersburg celebrates

unique festival White Night
Festival. The Festival begins in
May with the “Stars of the White
Nights” at Mariinsky Theatre and
ends in July. St. Petersburg is the
world’s most northern city with a
population over 1 million, and its
stands at such a high latitude that the
sun does not descend below the
horizon enough for the sky to grow
dark. It’s the time when the day is very
long and the sun shines till the
midnight and then rises at 3-4 at
night, so the nights are not dark.
